She also supports her clients in pre-litigation and litigation procedures, particularly in cases of contract termination, harassment, or issues related to working hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gratiane extends her expertise to civil and commercial litigation, as well as sports law, where she addresses sports litigation issues, contract drafting, and club management support. She is also a member of the Association of Sports Law Attorneys (AADS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Holding a Master&#8217;s degree in International Business Law and a Diploma in Corporate Legal Consulting, she practiced for ten years at KGA Avocats before joining ACD Avocats in 2024.
