After joining ACD as a legal expert in 1997, Alexia evolved within the firm by becoming a lawyer in 2008 in corporate law, and then a partner in 2013.
Alexia assists companies in their day-to-day dealings, giving them helpful guidance in corporate law and drafting corporate deeds related to various legal operations, such as company incorporations, the minutes of collective partners’ or directors’ decisions, and various reports. She has also developed strong abilities in the transfer of companies, business assets and/or company shares.
