Loris Palumbo specializes in business criminal law and commercial litigation. He advises and assists executives and legal entities, whether defendants, victims, or simply involved, at all stages of criminal proceedings, from the prevention of criminal risk in companies, the management of prosecutions, the preparation of hearings with realistic simulations, to the criminal defense.
He also represents clients before the commercial courts and assists them in managing disputes arising from their commercial relations (unfair competition, termination of business relationships, contractual non-performance, etc.), conflicts between shareholders, and post-acquisition litigation. Prior to the litigation phase, he supports his clients in negotiations and amicable dispute resolution procedures.
Before joining ACD Avocats in 2024, Loris Palumbo was a partner at Spring Legal. He previously practiced for five years at Lombard Baratelli & Associés, where he actively participated in the defense of executives from the CAC 40, publicly traded companies, and prominent politicians in sensitive and high-profile litigation.
Loris Palumbo works in the audiovisual, cultural, banking, investment fund, energy, industrial, luxury, and healthcare sectors.
