  • Benoît Cazin assists companies and professional bodies in all aspects of employment law, social security and industrial relations.

    He advises on structuring projects, managing HR transformations, carrying out audits and conducting negotiations. He also provides training in these areas.

    Acknowledged for his expertise in the management of psychosocial risks and the prevention of harassment, he assists employers with the implementation of internal investigations when potentially contentious situations are identified.

    As a litigation lawyer, he handles both individual and collective disputes.

    Benoît Cazin puts his expertise to work for start-ups, foreign investors, companies in the health and biotechnology sectors, energy, agribusiness, sport and the audiovisual, film and cultural industries.
