With ACD Avocats since she earned her degree, Marina works in the social law department as a legal expert. Her field of expertise is the handling of disputes encountered by companies in the context of labour law. As such, she defends employers’ interests before the French Labour Court, and more occasionally, before the Ordinary or Administrative Courts.
