Mickael Munin is a partner who regularly acts in an advisory and litigation capacity in the Commercial Strategy and Innovation department.
Mickael advises his clients, in a variety of sectors, concerning all of their legal or strategic questions related to innovative technological projects in the digital and e-commerce domains. He has in-depth knowledge of the law of trademarks, designs and models and copyright law. He also works on challenges related to distribution law (franchises, concessions, licenses) and commercial contracts. He has also developed a reputation based around personal data considerations such as bringing his clients into conformity with the GDPR and the French Information Processing and Freedoms Law.
Mickael MUNIN has taught for several years at Université de Lorraine as part of the Master 2 [Year 2 of French 2-year Master's degree] in Intellectual Property and Information Technology and in various public and private higher learning institutions.
