Gratiane provides advice and litigation services in both French and English to companies in the commerce, industry, and services sectors, assisting them in managing their legal obligations related to both individual and collective labor relations. She also supports her clients in pre-litigation and litigation procedures, particularly in cases of contract termination, harassment, or issues related to working hours.
Gratiane extends her expertise to civil and commercial litigation, as well as sports law, where she addresses sports litigation issues, contract drafting, and club management support. She is also a member of the Association of Sports Law Attorneys (AADS).
Holding a Master’s degree in International Business Law and a Diploma in Corporate Legal Consulting, she practiced for ten years at KGA Avocats before joining ACD Avocats in 2024. With her cross-disciplinary background, she brings a comprehensive and strategic approach to the cases she handles.
